Mission: As part of our commitment to operational excellence and consistent growth, we are undertaking a focused initiative to visit each office and branch across our network. The purpose of these visits is threefold: Ensure Alignment Across All Locations: We want every team, in every office, to understand and align with our broader organizational goals and standards. Support and Empower Local Teams: These visits are not just about oversight—they are about collaboration. We want to listen, identify local challenges, and provide the support needed to overcome them. Drive Accountability and High Performance: Our expectation is that each office operates at 100% of its capacity and potential. That means delivering results, maintaining strong client relationships, and optimizing day-to-day operations.

We are setting a clear benchmark: we expect every branch and office to produce at a 100% performance level. This doesn’t mean perfection—it means full commitment to meeting goals, hitting key performance indicators, and operating with efficiency and integrity. Clean, safe streets not only foster peace of mind but also encourage tourism and investment in our city.

Equally important is our focus on reducing the tax burden for our residents while fostering an environment where small businesses can grow and succeed. By streamlining operations and cutting unnecessary spending, we aim to deliver smarter, more efficient government. Small businesses are the backbone of our economy, and we will continue to support them through accessible resources, local grants, and initiatives that encourage entrepreneurship and job creation.

Addressing homelessness and addiction is a moral responsibility we take seriously. We are committed to cleaning up our streets not by pushing people away, but by providing real, long-term solutions. Commitment to the Community: As mayor, I will work directly with our local businesses across Atlantic City to support storefront improvements and create a more inviting, vibrant streetscape for residents and visitors alike. We’ll collaborate with business owners to identify practical upgrades—such as signage, lighting, and window displays—and explore funding opportunities or city-supported grant programs to help cover renovation costs. By investing in our small businesses and commercial corridors, we strengthen our neighborhoods and create a more unified and attractive city for all. In addition, I’m committed to using the city’s website and official social media channels to actively promote local businesses throughout Atlantic City. From highlighting new openings to showcasing long-standing staples in every district, we will shine a spotlight on the entrepreneurs that make this city special. Our goal is to ensure every business, from the Boardwalk to the Inlet to the Westside, has a chance to grow and succeed. Through direct communication, consistent promotion, and strategic partnerships, the city will be a true ally to our business community.

These sessions will also allow us to listen, understand their unique challenges, and provide tailored support to help them succeed. Each department will be equipped with updated technology solutions tailored to its specific needs. We will provide direct training, demonstrations, and follow-up support so that staff feel confident using new tools.
